**Candidates MUST:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or a comparable field (Required).
  • Leadership Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in early education administration or management (Required).
  • Skills: Strong planning and implementation skills, visionary mindset, exceptional people skills, and strong written and oral communication.
  • Location: Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Milwaukee, WI 53208.

Position Overview & Key Responsibilities

As our Assistant Director, you will help guide day-to-day center operations, support our dedicated teaching staff, and foster strong relationships with families.

  • Center Operations & Quality: Assist in leading daily school operations, ensuring full compliance with state rules and regulations.
  • Team-Based Culture: Support classroom teaching staff, foster a positive, fun environment, and help manage hiring and onboarding.
  • Corporate Targets & Vision: Partner with leadership to communicate and hit goals for enrollment, labor management, budgeting, and curriculum quality.
  • Family Engagement: Plan exciting community events and maintain strong, caring relationships with families.
