How does Billing and Scheduling Work?

We’ve made it easy for you to understand and pay your bill and adjust your schedule. From our Parent Portal, you can customize your calendar, view your billing cycle, and review your statement.

As of January 2025, a $25 late fee will be applied to outstanding accounts paid after drop off on the 1st of each month. We will offer courtesy to customers that contact us in advance to make any necessary arrangements.

An address change fee of $25 will be required for any route changes. A $5 charge will be required to add on an additional address.

How do I make a payment?

How do I sign my child up for events and field trips?

2. On the Events and Field Trips page, you’ll find a list of all upcoming events and trips. Click on the specific event or trip that interests you to access more details, including price, transportation options, and scheduled times.
3. Once you’ve reviewed the event details and are ready to sign your child up, you’ll find an online form on the event’s page. This form is designed to collect necessary information and grant permission for your child to attend the event or field trip.
4. Fill out the online form with the required information. Ensure that all details are accurate and complete.
5. Submit the form, and you’re all set! Your child will be registered for the event or field trip, and they’ll have your permission to participate.

Where is Kid-Tastic located?
